Licensed Esthetician / Laser Technician at UniQ Laser Center Medical Spa
UniQ Laser Center Medical Spa is seeking an experienced Licensed Esthetician / Laser Technician to join our team. We are a fast-paced, family-owned medical spa focused on results, client experience, and growth.We offer strong earning potential through commission, tips, and performance bonuses, with top performers earning $30–$35+/hour equivalent.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform laser hair removal and esthetic services within Massachusetts scope of practice
- Educate clients on treatments, skincare, and packages
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Follow up with clients and drive retention
- Maintain treatment rooms, safety protocols, and documentation
- Participate in team training and ongoing education
Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts Esthetician License (required)
- Experience with laser hair removal (GentleMax Pro preferred)
- Experience with HydraFacial, SkinPen, and body contouring devices is a plus
- Strong sales and communication skills
- Professional, positive, and team-oriented mindset
Additional Licensing (Preferred)
- Electrologist License or LPN is a plus
