Compensation

Base Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour with monthly commission!

About the Role

As a laser technician, you are an integral part of the team and your passion for administering result-driven laser hair removal service contributes to our world-class high level of customer satisfaction and experience. Acting as the first line of response to the clients, you must cultivate new client relationships and ensure retention of existing clients while maintaining safety standards and cleanliness.

• Connect with our customers to address questions and reservations surrounding the laser hair removal service.
• Demonstrate a working knowledge of laser treatments and procedures and perform according to treatment protocols.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes and recommend altered treatments as necessary to further improve the hair removal treatment in a friendly, comfortable environment.
• Identify the correct settings pertinent to each client's personal conditions, Fitzpatrick scale, and laser hair removal areas based on patients' anatomy, contraindications, and precautions related to treatments.
• Listen to customers' needs to determine their preferences and act as a salesperson to upsell customers on additional areas to treat for laser hair removal.

Experience

• 2 years experience of laser hair removal.
• 2 years experience of upselling as a laser technician (Preferred)
• 1 year experience using the Candela GentleMax Pro Machine (Preferred)
• Laser Hair Removal Technicians: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification

• Laser Technician Certification (Required)

Out of state travel is required for training. Semper covers travel costs!
