Hello Sugar - Rosie Square, Wood-Ridge, NJ is growing - and we're looking to hire licensed Estheticians or Cosmetologists (must have NJ Esthetician license for 3+ years to qualify). We are a modern professional sugaring & waxing studio where we strive to provide great service and make every client feel comfortable & confident. Our strong social media presence and marketing team—enhanced by AI integration—will work to keep your schedule consistently full.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-body sugaring and waxing services (monthly paid continuous training provided)
• Driving membership sales is a core part of what helps your success in this job
• Deliver exceptional customer service & build rapport with clients
• Educate clients on proper aftercare & product recommendations
• Maintain a clean & sanitary work environment

You Are a Great Fit If You

• Are licensed as an esthetician or cosmetologist in NJ for 3+ years (required)
• Have sales experience, but we also provide sales training
• Are dependable, have strong communication skills & have a positive attitude
• Are coachable and eager to learn new techniques (we train you!)
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy teamwork
• Have sugaring and/or waxing experience
