Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional skincare and beauty services while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for our clients. You will be responsible for performing a variety of treatments, including facials, body waxing while also managing client relationships and promoting retail products.

Responsibilities

• Perform a range of esthetic services such as facials, body waxing, dermaplaning, hydra facials and dermabrasion.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in accordance with industry regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns effectively.
• Manage front desk operations including scheduling appointments and handling guest services.
• Utilize salon software like square for appointment management and client records.
• Engage in social media management to promote services and products effectively.
• Conduct product demos and upsell retail items to enhance client experience.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive service delivery.

Skills

• Strong communication skills to interact with clients and understand their needs.
• Experience in managing retail sales within the beauty industry.
• Familiarity with hospitality practices to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
• Experience in med spa settings is a plus, demonstrating knowledge of advanced treatments.
• Strong organizational skills for maintaining client records and appointment schedules.
