Duties

• Provide a range of esthetic services, including eyelash extensions, body waxing, and skincare services to meet the needs of our clients.
• Utilize salon software to manage client appointments, track treatments, and maintain a high level of organization.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, ensuring that every guest feels valued and satisfied with their experience.
• Offer guest services, including answering questions, making recommendations, and providing advice on skincare and beauty products.
• Work effectively as part of a team to maintain a clean and organized front desk area, providing support to colleagues when needed.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in esthetics, continuously improving your skills to provide the best possible services to our clients.
• Develop a strong understanding of our products and services, using this knowledge to upsell and cross-sell effectively, driving sales and increasing customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• Current cosmetology license or certification in esthetics.
• Experience in providing facials, body waxing, and eyelash extensions.
• Strong customer service skills and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
