Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Studio Manager in the daily operations of the studio, ensuring smooth scheduling, staff coordination, and a seamless guest experience.

  • Provide ongoing support, motivation, and training to front desk staff, aestheticians, and therapists on service standards, retail product knowledge, and guest relations.
  • Monitor skincare product and supply inventory, coordinate restocking, and ensure retail displays reflect brand aesthetics.
  • Oversee POS transactions, manage cash handling, and ensure accurate end-of-day reconciliations.
  • Greet and engage with clients warmly, resolve any service issues, and ensure each guest leaves feeling valued and cared for.
  • Partner with the marketing team to execute promotions, loyalty programs, and seasonal campaigns that drive revenue and repeat visits.
  • Ensure the studio remains clean, serene, and aligned with wellness and hygiene standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in salon, spa, or retail management is strongly preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities in a service-driven environment.
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Comfortable using booking software and POS systems (e.g., Vagaro, Mangomint, or similar).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; bilingual is a bonus.
  • Passion for wellness, aesthetics, and helping clients look and feel their best.
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays.
