We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Esthetician to join our elite team of wellness professionals.

Employment Details

Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Compensation: $57,000 - $71,000 yearly (Competitive base + commission + gratuities + exclusive employee perks)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-end facial and body treatments tailored to each guest's skin type and needs
• Perform services such as exfoliation, extractions, peels, masks, waxing, and makeup application
• Consult with clients to assess skin conditions and recommend customized skincare regimens
• Maintain a pristine, relaxing treatment space in accordance with spa protocols and hygiene standards
• Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge
• Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals

Qualifications

• Valid Esthetician license in Massachusetts
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a luxury spa or resort setting preferred
• Deep knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and treatment protocols
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor with a passion for guest service
• Sales experience is a plus (Aveda & Image)
