Job Responsibilities

As an esthetician, your job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Create an excellent and unforgettable experience for our clients
• Analyze, consult and perform high-quality hair removal in a professional and comfortable setting
• Build new guest relationships and focus on retention of clients
• Meet and exceed service and retail objectives
• Execute services to Sugaring NYC standards

Work Schedule

We are hiring for full-time positions (part time options available)

• A mix of am/pm shifts: Monday – Friday 9am - 2pm, and Monday – Friday 2pm - 7pm (hours may vary slightly)
• We require only one weekend day (8 hour shift) Saturday or Sunday 9am-5pm

Compensation and Benefits

• Weekly pay
• $15-$17 an hour base pay
• $$ Generous tips from our Wellesley patrons
• Service Sales Performance based Commissions
• Retail Product Sales Commissions
• Additional bonuses - described during onboarding program

• Potential to earn between $30-55 hourly ($1,200-$2,000 weekly)
