The Role
We're seeking an experienced, licensed esthetician to deliver exceptional facial treatments and help us grow. You'll work with an established clientele in a warm, professional environment where quality of service is everything.

Responsibilities

• Perform facials, chemical peels, HydraFacial, and other skin treatments to a five-star standard

• Conduct skin consultations and build customized treatment plans

• Recommend home-care products and support retail sales

• Maintain a clean, sanitized treatment room in line with NY State regulations

• Build lasting client relationships and encourage rebooking

• Accurately manage appointments and client notes in our booking system (Vagaro)

Qualifications

• Current NY State Esthetician license (required)

• 2+ years hands-on experience in a spa or clinical skincare setting

• Strong knowledge of skin types, conditions, and professional product lines

• Excellent communication and a genuine passion for client care

• Reliable, punctual, and professional

• Waxing experience a strong plus (facial and body)

Schedule

• Part-time to start with room to grow as we expand our days and hours (evening and weekend availability required)
