Licensed Esthetician - Facial Care Specialist at DU*LUXE Wellness & Sculpting Lounge

The Facial Care Specialist will provide high-quality, nonmedical facial and esthetic services within the scope of New York State esthetics licensure and DU*LUXE protocols. This role is ideal for an esthetician who combines excellent technical skills with a warm, professional approach and understands the elevated level of service expected in a luxury wellness environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform approved facial and esthetic treatments within NYS esthetics scope and DU*LUXE protocols
• Conduct appropriate client consultations and document relevant treatment information
• Educate clients on treatment expectations, aftercare, and appropriate skincare
• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies according to sanitation and safety standards
• Recognize concerns or contraindications requiring treatment deferral or escalation
• Deliver an attentive, personalized, and luxury-level client experience
• Maintain accurate client documentation and support follow-up as needed
• Collaborate with the DU*LUXE team to ensure a seamless client experience

Qualifications

• Current New York State Esthetics License required
• Graduate of an approved esthetics program
• Strong knowledge of facial treatments, skincare, and sanitation practices
• Excellent communication and client-service skills
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Experience in a spa, medspa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or luxury wellness setting preferred; however, newly licensed estheticians with strong training and professionalism are encouraged to apply
• Additional manufacturer/device training is a plus
• 1 year of esthetician experience preferred
