Licensed Esthetician at KDR MedSpa

KDR MedSpa is seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Esthetician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is dedicated to skincare, client education, and delivering results-driven treatments in a professional and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microneedling, and laser treatments (based on certification)
• Conduct thorough skin consultations and create customized treatment plans for clients
• Educate clients on skincare routines, products, and post-treatment care
• Travel between our Boston and Newton locations based on daily client demand and scheduling needs
• Assist with front desk responsibilities including client check-out, scheduling appointments, and answering client calls/emails
• Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes
• Ensure a clean, safe, and compliant treatment environment
• Stay updated on the latest skincare trends, technologies, and products
• Support retail sales by recommending appropriate skincare products
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage retention and referrals

Qualifications

• Active Esthetician License (Massachusetts)
• Availability to work Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Proficient with email communication and basic administrative/front desk tasks
• 2+ years experience in a MedSpa or clinical setting preferred
• Knowledge of medical-grade skincare products and treatments
• Ability to work as part of a team while also taking initiative independently without direct supervision
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, ability to effectively interact with clients, peers, and management
• Existing clientele is a plus

Experience Required

• Aesthetic treatments: 2 years (Required)

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
