Licensed Esthetician - Skincare

Flourish Medical Aesthetics is seeking a licensed esthetician to join our boutique, high-end practice focused on luxury, results-driven skincare.

This is a 1099, commission-based role offering flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to grow within a refined, modern medical aesthetics environment.

You’ll be performing high-end facials using top-tier professional backbar products, with access to premium skincare lines and advanced treatment protocols in a beautifully curated setting.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Licensed esthetician (new grads welcome and encouraged to apply)

• Passionate about luxury skincare and results-driven treatments

• Highly motivated, self-directed, and reliable

• Polished, professional, and client-experience focused

• Excited to help build and grow a boutique medical aesthetics practice

• Open to learning and expanding skills as the practice evolves

• Comfortable working in a commission-based, 1099 structure
