What We're Looking For

A talent for building client relationships — making people smile, feel comfortable, and confident. A desire to help clients look and feel their best. A current Massachusetts Esthetician or Cosmetology License. Background in waxing or skin care preferred; sugaring experience a plus (but not required — we train!).

Responsibilities

Perform full-body waxing and sugaring services for women and men. Provide skin consultations and brow consultations prior to service. Educate clients on skin health and aftercare. Build repeat clientele through excellent service and follow-up. Promote memberships, packages, and retail products to maximize client satisfaction and personal earning potential. Maintain a clean, sanitary workstation and assist with salon sanitation. Participate in employee training and development meetings.

Requirements

Esthetician License. Must be available to train 2/1/26-2/5/26 and start 2/7/26.
