Licensed Aesthetician at Medical Aesthetics Practice

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Licensed Aesthetician to join our growing medical aesthetics practice in Southborough, MA. Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced aesthetic treatments including:
  • Laser Hair Removal
  • Customized Medical-Grade Facials
  • Microneedling (e.g., SkinPen or equivalent)
  • Photofacials / IPL treatments
• Conduct thorough client consultations, skin analysis, and treatment planning
• Educate clients on treatment plans, skincare regimens, and post-care instructions
• Maintain accurate and compliant client records
• Ensure treatment rooms and equipment meet all safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to deliver a seamless patient experience
• Support retail skincare recommendations and contribute to overall clinic revenue goals

Qualifications & Requirements

• Active Massachusetts Aesthetician License (required)
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in a medical spa or dermatology setting
• Proven experience with:
  • Laser Hair Removal devices
  • Microneedling procedures
  • IPL / Photofacial technology
  • Advanced facial protocols
• Must currently or recently be working in a similar aesthetic role
• Strong understanding of skin physiology, treatment contraindications, and safety protocols
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional, polished demeanor with a strong client service mindset
• Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance to Southborough, MA

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with medical-grade skincare lines
• Familiarity with EMR or aesthetic practice management systems
• Sales confidence with ethical, education-based recommendations
• Passion for ongoing education and staying current with industry trends
