We are seeking a talented and passionate Eyelash Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional eyelash extension services while ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage various salon tasks efficiently.

Duties

Perform high-quality eyelash extension applications, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to safety standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, tools, and equipment.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their preferences and aftercare instructions.
Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries.
Utilize salon software for appointment management and client records.
Assist with social media management to promote services and engage with clients online.
Collaborate with team members to create a positive guest experience by providing hospitality and support in other areas such as nail care or barbering when needed.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Eyelash Specialist or similar role is preferred but not required; training may be provided.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Familiarity with salon software systems is a plus.
Experience in hospitality or guest services is highly desirable.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
