BEAUTY AVENUE AESTHETICS is located at the heart of Canal District in Worcester MA. We have an excellent opportunity for a seasoned lash artist to join our team! Looking for a candidate who is passionate about eyelash design and is looking to take their career to the next level. You will be given everything you need to succeed including top notch one on one training.

Part-time / full-time.

Responsibilities

• Performs consecutive professional eyelash extension application sessions, lash lifts and tints.
• Customize and design a lash service that caters to client needs
• Creates excellent experience for guests through friendly and helpful attitude.
• Provides recommendations and education to members/guests on proper lash aftercare, ensures client retention.
• Understands product and service offerings, including choice upgrades.
• Responsible for overall cleanliness of work area and keeping common areas organized.
• Open to ongoing coaching and training by attending and participating in required education and training classes.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

• Must be a licensed Esthetician
• Certified in eyelash extensions (preferred)
• Must be willing to learn our styles and lash application technique
• Excellent customer service skills

Experience

Classic eyelash extensions: 1 year (Preferred)
Volume eyelash extensions: 1 year (Preferred)
Working in spa/salon: 1 year (Preferred)

Hours

We encourage both part-time and full-time candidates to apply. Working hours will be scheduled with management.
