Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Eyelash Specialist with a following to join our dynamic team, in either a room rental situation or IC position.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in beauty services, particularly in eyelash extensions, and possess excellent customer service skills. This role involves providing high-quality eyelash extension services while ensuring a welcoming and sanitary environment for all clients. The Eyelash Specialist will also engage in various salon activities, including retail sales and social media management, to enhance the overall client experience.

Duties

• Perform eyelash extension applications with precision and care, adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring satisfaction with services rendered.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including tools and equipment used for eyelash applications.
• Assist with social media management by posting updates, promotions, and client transformations to enhance brand visibility.
• Participate in product demonstrations and educate clients on aftercare for eyelash extensions.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment that fosters growth and development.

Requirements

• Valid MA Esthetics license.
• Experience with eyelash extensions is essential.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices within a salon environment is critical.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Experience in guest services or hospitality will enhance the client experience significantly.
• A proactive approach to upselling services while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction is highly valued.
