Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and passionate Eyelash Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in beauty services, particularly in eyelash extensions, and possess excellent customer service skills. This role requires an individual who is not only skilled in application techniques but also knowledgeable about various beauty treatments and products. The Eyelash Specialist will play a key role in enhancing our clients' beauty experience while ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment.

Duties

• Perform eyelash extension applications with precision and care, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored beauty solutions.
• Manage appointments through salon software such as GLOSS GENIUS ensuring efficient scheduling and client flow.
• Assist with retail sales by recommending products that complement the services provided.
• Conduct product demos to educate clients about aftercare and maintenance of eyelash extensions.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in eyelash extensions, makeup application, and other beauty treatments.
• Collaborate with team members on social media management to promote services and engage with the community.
• Upsell additional services such as body waxing, facials or permanent makeup treatments as appropriate.

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology / esthetician license or relevant certification in beauty services.
• Proven experience in eyelash extensions application; additional skills in facial treatments, facial waxing, or body waxing are a plus.
• Familiarity with salon software systems like GLOSS GENIUS for appointment management.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices within the beauty industry to ensure client safety.
• Experience in retail sales and upselling techniques to enhance the client experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also managing front desk responsibilities when needed.
• Aesthetic skills including color theory, tattooing, dermal fillers, dermabrasion, deep tissue massage, hair threading, and hospitality are advantageous.
