Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to understand preferences and recommend customized lash services and aftercare products.
• Perform a range of lash services, including extensions, lifts, tints, and enhancements with precision.
• Deliver a friendly, professional, and relaxing client experience in line with the Salon222 luxury standard.
• Stay knowledgeable about all services and products, confidently addressing client questions.
• Keep current on lash trends and techniques to offer the latest styles.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized work environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
• Follow all salon policies and procedures to ensure a safe, professional atmosphere.
• Support salon operations and assist with special tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in lash services, with a strong portfolio showcasing extensions, lifts, and tints; advanced techniques a plus.
• Valid Massachusetts cosmetology or esthetician license.
• Strong client service skills with the ability to deliver personalized lash solutions.
• Proficient in all major lash techniques and aftercare education.
• Clear communication and product knowledge to promote services and retail items.
• Punctual, organized, and committed to maintaining high service standards.
• Team-oriented, dependable, and eager to grow professionally in the lash industry.

• Competitive Commission-Only Pay: Earn 60% of the revenue from the services you perform. The more clients you serve, the more you make! The salon retains 40%, but your earnings grow directly with the quality of your work.
• 100% of Tips: All tips go directly to you—because exceptional service deserves full recognition.

• Flexible Scheduling:
• Full-Time: 6-8 hours per day for consistent hours and career growth.
• Part-Time: 4-6 hours per day, offering flexibility for a work-life balance.
• Preferred: Full-time availability is ideal, but part-time options are available.
• Positive Work Environment: A supportive, team-oriented culture that fosters creativity and collaboration.

Our Salon Hours:

• Tuesday - Friday: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
• Saturday - Sunday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Mondays: Closed
