We are currently looking for experienced technicians to join our team!

Pay

• $90/weekday minimum guarantee (9 hours shift)
• When service revenue exceeds guarantee, pay is 40% commission.

Example: $400 total service = $160 commission = final pay $160 + tips

Base pay serves as security for new team members. Stable skill, high quality work and efficiency lead to a strong client base and earnings beyond the base. Our top nail technicians currently earn up to $225/day.

Requirements

• Valid MA Nail License
• Basic English communication skills
• Skilled with electric file, capable of soft (gel polish) and hard/builder gel manicure
• Able to complete clients independently and finish on time
• At least 1 year of nail salon working experience
