We are seeking a skilled and passionate Hydrafacialist to join our skincare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing advanced facial treatments using Hydrafacial technology to enhance clients' skin health and appearance. This role requires a professional with excellent customer service skills, a strong understanding of skincare, and the ability to create a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for clients. The Hydrafacialist will play a vital role in helping clients achieve their skincare goals through personalized treatment plans and expert care.

Responsibilities

• Perform Hydrafacial treatments tailored to individual client needs, ensuring safety and comfort throughout each session
• Assess clients' skin conditions and recommend appropriate skincare solutions and follow-up treatments
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to maximize results
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized treatment area in accordance with health and safety standards
• Stay current with the latest skincare trends, techniques, and product knowledge to provide the best possible service
• Build strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat visits
• Document client treatments accurately in records for future reference and treatment planning

Requirements

• Certification or licensing in esthetics, cosmetology, or related field required; specific Hydrafacial training preferred
• Proven experience performing facial treatments, preferably Hydrafacial procedures
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively
• Strong understanding of skin types, conditions, and appropriate treatment protocols
• Ability to create a calming environment that promotes relaxation and client satisfaction
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety
• Passion for skincare and helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals
• Nice-to-have skills include knowledge of advanced skincare products, additional certifications in facial or massage therapy, or experience working in a spa or dermatology setting
