We are looking for a skilled and experienced Eyelash Technician who is confident in performing a full range of lash services, from Classic sets to Mega Volume and bottom lashes. The ideal candidate is passionate about the beauty industry, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering outstanding client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Perform Classic, Hybrid, Volume, and Mega Volume lash sets
• Apply bottom lashes safely and professionally
• Conduct lash fills and removals
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace
• Provide consultations and recommend appropriate lash styles
• Ensure client comfort and satisfaction
• Follow all state board regulations and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications

• Valid Esthetician or Cosmetology license (required)
• Proven experience with Classic through Mega Volume lash application
• Strong isolation and retention skills
• Knowledge of proper lash mapping and styling
• Professional, reliable, and punctual
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
