We are looking for a skilled and experienced Eyelash Technician who is confident in performing a full range of lash services, from Classic sets to Mega Volume and bottom lashes. The ideal candidate is passionate about the beauty industry, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering outstanding client experiences.

Responsibilities

Perform Classic, Hybrid, Volume, and Mega Volume lash sets
Apply bottom lashes safely and professionally
Conduct lash fills and removals
Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace
Provide consultations and recommend appropriate lash styles
Ensure client comfort and satisfaction
Follow all state board regulations and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications

Valid Esthetician or Cosmetology license (required)
Proven experience with Classic through Mega Volume lash application
Strong isolation and retention skills
Knowledge of proper lash mapping and styling
Professional, reliable, and punctual
Excellent customer service and communication skills
