Summary

We are seeking a talented Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team at Bella Couture Salon & Day Spa. We are now offering booth rental/commission options for talented cosmetologists with experience in classic styles as well as trendy/edgy styles. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality hairstyling services that align with our commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.

Stylists should be able to provide most trending full-service salon services. We are seeking quality in versatility, & having talent with up-dos, balayage, highlights, colors & cuts & more. Modern, clean, comfortable space to occupy & utilize. Online booking, app scheduling for convenience & organization. Established clientele to gain. On point with education and trends.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert hairstyling services including cutting, coloring, and styling
• Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the salon
• Stay updated on current trends and techniques in hairstyling
• Build strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service
• Assist in retail sales of hair care products to enhance client experience
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive work environment
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology license
• Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with expertise in color theory and hair extensions
• Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities
• Knowledge of salon software such as MINDBODY is a plus
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
• Beneficial to have Friday/Saturday availability

Position Details

Booth rental 3-5 days optional. Flexible scheduling - choose designated days to occupy space. Part-time/full-time booth rent positions are available. In your resume, please provide all your strengths within your experience as a cosmetologist.
