Job Overview

As a Hair Stylist at our salon, you will showcase your creativity and talent by providing clients with exceptional hair services. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment where your skills are valued.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair consultations to determine clients' needs and preferences
• Provide hair services such as cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments
• Stay updated on current hair trends and styling techniques
• Recommend hair care products to clients to maintain their hairstyle
• Maintain a clean and organized work station

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology or barbering license
• Proficiency in a wide range of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling
• Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction
• Knowledge of makeup application, eyelash extensions, and straight razor techniques is a plus
• Experience in retail math, store management, or front desk operations is advantageous
• Ability to mentor junior stylists and provide guidance when needed
