Responsibilities

• Assist senior stylists with hair extensions, coloring, and styling services
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the salon
• Support front desk operations, including appointment scheduling and client check-in using salon software such as Vagaro Pro
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with clients professionally and courteously
• Help with retail sales of hair care products
• Support mentoring of new team members and contribute to a positive salon atmosphere

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge or interest in hair styling
• Familiarity with salon software such as Vagaro Pro is preferred
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
• Knowledge of sanitation standards in a salon environment
• Ability to perform retail sales and upselling to enhance client experience and revenue goals
• Excellent customer service skills
