Hair Stylist at Hybrid Salon

Job Description

We are a hybrid salon looking to grow our team with the right stylists! We are currently accepting applications for both booth rental and commission-based positions! Flexible schedules and a great team environment!

The ideal stylist will have 2+ years experience, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service and working together as a team. Some clientele preferred but not required.

Duties

• Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet clients' needs.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Provide excellent customer service by listening to clients' preferences and offering professional advice.
• Assist with retail sales by demonstrating product knowledge.
• Support front desk operations including greeting clients, answering inquiries, and managing payments.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth salon operations and enhance the overall client experience.

Qualifications

• Valid MA cosmetology license.
• Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or in a similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of current hair trends, techniques, and products.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
