Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and passionate hairstylist to join our team.

Duties

• Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and facial waxing.
• Utilize knowledge of color theory to achieve desired results for clients.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with salon policies.
• Use salon software (square) for appointment scheduling and client management.
• Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to client needs and offering professional advice.
• Manage front desk operations including greeting clients, answering phones, and processing payments.
• Engage in retail sales by promoting products that complement services provided.
• Demonstrate skills in barbering techniques for men haircut.

Experience

• Valid cosmetology license is required.
• Experience is preferred in a salon environment with strong skills in hair styling and customer service.
