Junior Stylist Associates
Our Junior Stylist Associate Program is designed for motivated emerging professionals eager to develop their skills under the guidance of experienced mentors.
We value a strong work ethic, passion for the industry, professionalism, organization, and the ability to anticipate the needs of a busy salon environment. Candidates must be receptive to constructive feedback, eager to learn, and confident working alongside an established stylist.
Our program begins with one-on-one mentorship and advanced education over the course of approximately one year. Our goal is to develop confident, knowledgeable stylists with exceptional technical skills, refined guest service, and a growing clientele of their own.
