Experienced Hair Stylist at New Beginnings Hair Design

New Beginnings Hair Design is an established, locally owned salon in North Andover, MA, and we're looking for an experienced stylist to join our team.

Due to current staffing changes and continued client demand, we have an immediate need for an experienced stylist who can step in and help care for our existing clientele.

You do not need to bring a book of clients. We have an established customer base and immediate appointment demand for the right stylist.

About the Salon

New Beginnings Hair Design is a full-service, Redken-focused salon serving the North Andover community. We provide our stylists with professional color lines and back-bar products so you can focus on what you do best — taking great care of your clients.

Unlike positions where you are expected to arrive with a full book or spend months building a clientele, this opportunity comes with immediate client demand. We're looking for someone who wants a stable, long-term salon home and enjoys being part of a professional, supportive team.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for an experienced stylist who is confident behind the chair and comfortable working with an established clientele. The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years of professional salon experience preferred
• Strong cutting skills
• Strong coloring and highlighting skills
• Experience styling a variety of hair types and clients
• A current Massachusetts Cosmetology License
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Reliability and professionalism
• A team-oriented attitude
• Redken experience is a plus, but not required

We're more interested in your skill, professionalism, and ability to take great care of our clients than simply the number of years you've been behind the chair.

Salon Hours

Tuesday–Friday: 10:00 AM–8:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM–4:00 PM
Sunday & Monday: Closed

Specific shifts can be discussed during the interview to find a schedule that works for both you and the salon.
