• Perform specialized hair services to enhance client appearances.
• Maintain sanitation standards by properly cleaning tools and workstations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Use salon software like Vagaro to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process retail sales efficiently.
• Engage with clients through effective communication to understand their preferences and offer professional recommendations for hair care products and services.
• Upsell retail products such as hair care items, styling tools, and cosmetics to support client needs while increasing salon revenue. (Commission stylist only)
• Assist with front desk duties including appointment booking, answering inquiries, and managing walk-in clients to ensure smooth salon operations. (Commission stylist only)

Skills

• Love working in the beauty industry with skills in hair styling, coloring, and cutting.
• Knowledge of salon software systems like Vagaro for appointment scheduling and client management.
