• Assist clients with hair treatments to enhance their overall look.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, adhering to salon health regulations.
• Utilize salon software like Gloss Genius to schedule appointments, manage client information, and process retail sales efficiently.
• Offer personalized consultations to recommend suitable products and services, upselling retail items like hair care products to enhance client satisfaction.
• Support store management with front desk duties including greeting clients, managing bookings, and handling inquiries professionally.
• Mentor junior team members in hair styling techniques, sanitation practices, and customer service excellence to foster a collaborative environment.

Experience

• Proven experience in hair styling with knowledge of current trends and techniques.
• Familiarity with salon software systems such as Gloss Genius for appointment scheduling and client management.
• Excellent communication skills to connect with clients effectively and provide exceptional customer service.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and salon safety standards to ensure a clean and safe environment.
• Previous experience in store management or mentoring roles is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential.
