• Utilize salon software such as MINDBODY for appointment scheduling, client management, and sales tracking
• Conduct makeup applications and nail care services to enhance overall client appearance
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by properly sterilizing tools and workstations in compliance with health regulations
• Offer personalized hair care advice, product recommendations, and upselling opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
• Mentor junior team members by sharing techniques in barbering, hair threading, and customer communication skills

Experience

• Proven experience working in the beauty industry as a hairstylist or cosmetologist with a strong portfolio of diverse services
• Knowledge of salon software systems like MINDBODY for efficient appointment management
• Skilled in hair coloring techniques, including balayage, highlights, and color correction using a solid understanding of color theory
• Hands-on experience with hair extensions installation, straight razor shaving, and barbering techniques
• Familiarity with sanitation protocols, store management practices, and maintaining a clean work environment
• Excellent communication skills for client consultation, understanding needs, and providing tailored recommendations
• Ability to perform additional services such as makeup application and nail care to offer comprehensive beauty solutions
