Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hair services to clients, including cutting, styling, coloring, and extensions
• Stay up-to-date with the latest hair trends and techniques
• Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and recommend suitable styles
• Educate clients on proper hair care and maintenance
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and salon equipment
• Promote retail sales by recommending and selling professional hair care products
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction
• Mentor junior stylists and assist with their professional development

Skills

• Strong communication skills to effectively consult with clients and understand their needs
• Proficient in various hair techniques including barbering, styling, coloring, and extensions
• Knowledge of hair threading, straight razor shaves, and eyelash extensions
• Retail sales experience to promote professional hair care products
• Ability to mentor junior stylists and assist with their growth
• Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive salon experience

Requirements
