• Provide guidance and mentorship to stylists and technicians in areas such as hair styling, makeup application, and eyelash extensions.
• Implement retail sales strategies to boost product sales and enhance overall salon profitability.
• Maintain inventory levels of products and supplies, ensuring the salon is well-stocked at all times.
• Utilize salon software for scheduling appointments, managing client records, and tracking sales performance.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to provide ongoing training for staff.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology license with proven experience in hair styling and makeup application.
• Experience with eyelash extensions is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong background in store management or salon operations.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Experience in mentoring or training staff is highly desirable.
• Proficient in retail sales strategies with a focus on achieving targets.
• Familiarity with straight razor techniques is a plus.
• Proficient in using salon software for operational efficiency.
