Job Summary

As the Nail Salon Manager, you'll be the face of the salon—greeting clients, coordinating appointments, ensuring client satisfaction, and capturing the beautiful work of our technicians for social media. This role is perfect for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about beauty and customer care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and ensure a smooth, positive experience from check-in to check-out
  • Manage daily client flow, coordinate bookings, and handle rescheduling or walk-ins
  • Assist with client inquiries both in-person and over the phone or messaging platforms
  • Take high-quality photos of clients' finished nails for salon social media
  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the front desk and common areas
  • Support with promoting services and packages
  • Monitor inventory levels and notify the owner when supplies need to be ordered
  • Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety guidelines
  • Represent the salon brand with professionalism and warmth

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Russian (spoken and written)
  • Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or salon/spa front desk
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable using a smartphone or camera to take photos and upload content
  • Knowledge of social media platforms like Instagram or TikTok is a plus
  • Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Friendly, polished, and client-focused demeanor
  • Familiarity with salon booking software (e.g., Vagaro) is a plus
  • Must be available on weekends and evenings as needed
