Responsibilities

• Assist stylists with various tasks such as shampooing, conditioning, and blow-drying hair.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon, including workstations and common areas.
• Manage front desk operations, including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries.
• Support retail sales by promoting products and assisting clients in selecting appropriate items.
• Help with inventory management and restocking of supplies.
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met and provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive salon atmosphere.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a salon environment is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
• Knowledge of retail math to assist with sales transactions and inventory management.
• Skills in hair styling, or cosmetology/barbering are advantageous.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to manage front desk responsibilities efficiently while multitasking in a busy environment.
• A passion for the beauty industry and commitment to providing exceptional service.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
