WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Supporting stylists on the floor while strengthening your technical foundation

• Building confidence with blowouts and prep work

• Participating in ongoing education, real-time coaching, and hands-on learning

• Learning the professional habits, client awareness, and salon standards that prepare you for the chair

• Contributing to a positive, inclusive, and intentional salon environment

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous assistant experience

• A current cosmetology license

• Confidence with blowouts and foundational skills

• Openness to coaching, feedback, and continued education

• A genuine interest in craft, growth, and long-term development

You don’t need to arrive fully formed. You do need curiosity, commitment, and a willingness to grow.
