Color and styling Assistant

We provide training to become a highly skilled and successful colorists/stylists from within the salon. Work amongst technicians that have amazing techniques to bring your skills to the next level.

Requirements:

1. Must have your NYC Cosmetology License (temporary license is accepted)
2. Desire to learn and grow, with passion for education & growth, and driven to continuously improve and an eagerness to learn new skills and techniques
3. Ability to be a team player in a fast paced environment
4. Strong multi-tasking, active listening and communication skills
5. Salon experience is preferred, but not required
6. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays

Responsibilities:
-Shampoo and blowdrying clients
- Assist with retail sales, recommending and selling hair care products to clients
- Upsell additional services to clients, such as hair treatments
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction from start to finish
