Part-Time Receptionist / Guest Experience Specialist at Sacred Lotus Spa

Responsibilities

This role is hands-on and involves supporting the daily flow of the spa.

• Answering phones and responding to client inquiries
• Booking appointments through our booking system
• Greeting guests and checking clients in and out
• Processing payments
• Encouraging and securing client rebooking
• Selling gift cards and spa services
• Resetting treatment rooms between clients
• Laundry and general spa upkeep
• Opening or closing the spa when needed
• Light social media posting and engagement
• Maintaining a clean, peaceful, and organized environment
