Sacred Lotus Spa is seeking a warm, organized, and self-motivated Part-Time Receptionist / Guest Experience Specialist to join our team.

This role is much more than answering phones. You will be the first impression and energetic heartbeat of our spa, creating a calm, welcoming experience for every guest who walks through our doors.

Responsibilities

This role is hands-on and involves supporting the daily flow of the spa.

Answering phones and responding to client inquiries
Booking appointments through our booking system
Greeting guests and checking clients in and out
Processing payments
Encouraging and securing client rebooking
Selling gift cards and spa services
Resetting treatment rooms between clients
Laundry and general spa upkeep
Opening or closing the spa when needed
Light social media posting and engagement
Maintaining a clean, peaceful, and organized environment
