General Manager at The Woodhouse Day Spa

We are hiring a Full-Time General Manager to support our Montclair and Hoboken locations. Team members may be scheduled at either spa location based on business needs; however, you would work at only one location per shift and would not be required to travel between locations during the same workday.

Responsibilities

As General Manager, you will be responsible for the daily management of the spa. We have an industry-leading training program to help you find success!

• Manage the daily operations of the spa
• Make sure both guests and team members are scheduled efficiently and effectively
• Coach and develop team members
• Maximize inventory for professional and retail use
• Understand our software systems and utilize tools to analyze the spa's overall performance
• Take the lead in neighborhood marketing and community outreach
• Ensure each guest has a phenomenal and consistent experience
• Understand that serving and helping others leads to personal satisfaction

Requirements

• Meevo experience required or highly preferred
• At least 2 years of previous spa, salon, hospitality, or front desk experience preferred
• Ability to travel between Montclair and Hoboken locations
• Strong communication, customer service, and multitasking skills
