Duties
- Greet guests warmly and professionally, establishing a positive first impression.
- Manage appointment scheduling using POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle phone inquiries with excellent etiquette, providing information about services, products, and promotions.
- Assist clients with product demos, explaining benefits and features to enhance their experience.
- Promote spa services and retail products through upselling and merchandising strategies to maximize sales.
- Maintain organized stock levels of retail items, restocking shelves and managing inventory.
- Process transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for payments and refunds.
- Supervise front desk operations during shifts, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer service standards.
- Support product demonstrations and educate clients about new offerings to boost engagement.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the reception area, creating a welcoming environment for guests.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service roles; supervisory experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cashiering procedures.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle phone etiquette professionally.
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively.
- Demonstrated upselling skills along with merchandising expertise to promote products confidently.
- Experience in stocking retail shelves and managing inventory in a retail or grocery store setting.
- Basic math skills necessary for cash handling, sales calculations, and retail math tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
