You must be able to work Saturdays and some Sundays.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly and professionally, establishing a positive first impression.
• Manage appointment scheduling using POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Handle phone inquiries with excellent etiquette, providing information about services, products, and promotions.
• Assist clients with product demos, explaining benefits and features to enhance their experience.
• Promote spa services and retail products through upselling and merchandising strategies to maximize sales.
• Maintain organized stock levels of retail items, restocking shelves and managing inventory.
• Process transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for payments and refunds.
• Supervise front desk operations during shifts, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer service standards.
• Support product demonstrations and educate clients about new offerings to boost engagement.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the reception area, creating a welcoming environment for guests.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service roles; supervisory experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cashiering procedures.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to handle phone etiquette professionally.
• Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively.
• Demonstrated upselling skills along with merchandising expertise to promote products confidently.
• Experience in stocking retail shelves and managing inventory in a retail or grocery store setting.
• Basic math skills necessary for cash handling, sales calculations, and retail math tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
