Duties

• Greet visitors and customers warmly, providing excellent phone etiquette and customer service at all times
• Assist customers with product demos, answering questions to highlight features and benefits effectively
• Upsell products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations
• Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring the store looks inviting
• Conduct inventory checks, assist with stock replenishment, and support overall store merchandising efforts
• Support retail sales initiatives by promoting special offers, loyalty programs, and new product launches

Experience

• Previous front desk, sales, or customer service experience (medspa experience is a plus)
• Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred; supervisory experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
• Confident in sales and client recommendations
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Passion for aesthetics, skincare, and wellness
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers confidently in bilingual settings (English/Spanish or others)
• Experience in grocery stores or similar retail environments is advantageous
• Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for transactions and inventory management
• Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service in fast-paced environments
• Knowledge of merchandising techniques, product demos, and upselling strategies
