- Utilize Google Suite for various administrative functions, including document creation and communication.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance office operations and improve client experiences.
Skills
- Proficient in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist is a plus.
- Strong calendar management skills to coordinate appointments effectively.
- Excellent customer service abilities with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Familiarity with front desk operations in an office environment.
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail in administrative tasks.
- Ability to type efficiently for documentation and communication purposes.
