Front Desk Receptionist at Bared Monkey Laser

As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming, professional, and memorable experience from the moment they walk through our doors. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing exceptional customer service.

Training will be provided, and additional details will be discussed during the interview.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and provide a warm, professional first impression
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and maintain excellent telephone etiquette
• Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments
• Maintain an organized, clean, and professional front desk
• Learn and confidently communicate our services, pricing, promotions, memberships, and upgrade options
• Assist with sales by identifying opportunities to enhance the client experience
• Support daily operations and tasks assigned by management
• Work closely with the team to maintain a positive and efficient spa environment
• Maintain professionalism and composure when handling challenging situations
• Stay knowledgeable about our services and help clients make informed decisions

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college students are welcome to apply
• Previous front desk, receptionist, customer service, salon, spa, or hospitality experience is a plus
• Experience with Mindbody, Booker, or other spa booking software is highly preferred
• Microsoft Office/computer experience is a plus
• Must be fluent and well-spoken in English
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply — Chinese, Korean, Japanese, or Spanish is a plus
• Must be reliable, punctual, and available to work in person
