Responsibilities

• Greet clients and provide exceptional customer service.
• Manage phones, emails, appointments, and stylist schedules.
• Handle last-minute changes and client concerns professionally.
• Process payments and support daily salon operations.
• Work closely with the team to keep the salon running smoothly.

Requirements

• 2+ years of reception or hospitality experience.
• Luxury salon, hotel, or private members' club experience preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.
• Willingness to work in Bridgehampton during the summer (up to 5 days per week).
