Front Desk Receptionist
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. In this role, you will manage the front desk operations, provide exceptional customer support, and ensure a welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, excellent time management abilities, and proficiency in computer applications, including Google Suite.Duties
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls, ensuring effective phone etiquette while addressing inquiries or directing calls as needed.
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for the office.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Utilize computer systems to maintain accurate records and information for clients.
- POS system and cash management.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Assist customers with color choices and prepare them for service.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer support or as a medical receptionist is preferred but not required.
- Strong administrative skills with a focus on detail-oriented tasks.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Proficiency in computer literacy with experience using Google Suite applications.
- POS experience.
