Front Desk Receptionist
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel using phone systems.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendar management for staff members.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and proofreading documents.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including acting as a personal assistant to management.
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy and welcoming at all times.
- Handle correspondence and maintain office supplies inventory.
Experience
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with office procedures and basic clerical tasks is essential.
- Proficient in using computer systems and office software applications.
- Experience as a dental receptionist is an advantage but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
