Elysian Hair Spa is excited to expand our team and is seeking a motivated and talented individual to join us as a Salon Assistant!Applicant Requirements
- Hold a valid New York State cosmetology license
- Be eager to learn, professional, punctual, and hardworking
- Be a positive and dependable team player
- Have flexible availability, including Saturdays, which are required for this position
Responsibilities
- Assisting stylists and team members with daily salon operations to ensure a smooth workflow
- Learning to use salon software and assisting with client appointments
- Helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment
- Participating in quarterly educational classes to stay current with the latest techniques and industry trends
- Attending monthly team meetings to support salon growth, team morale, and a positive, inspiring work environment
